Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
