Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Bright River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Sacramento, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
