Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Sacramento with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
