Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Sacramento supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
