Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Umber Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
