Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood River Staffing Associates is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
