Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Sacramento working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
