Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
