Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Rochester, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
