Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Richmond focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
