Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Loom Construction is a Richmond contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
