Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Richmond, VA)

Bright Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
