Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification.
