Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Studio and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
