Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Silverline Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
