Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Reno. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
