Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Willow Medical Group is a Reno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
