Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rook Staffing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
