Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Northwind Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Reno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
