Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Cedar Ridge Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
