Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
