Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Redstone Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
