Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Charleston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
