Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
