Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
