Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
