Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Dallas region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
