Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Housing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
