Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
