Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
