Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities Group is a facilities company in Pittsburgh with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
