Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Charleston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
