Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
