Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Diego region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
