Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Fox Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
