Silverline Oak Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
