Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
