Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Summit Auto Group is a Cleveland company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
