Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Water Authority Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
