Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
