Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
