Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Staffing is a Orlando staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
