Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
