Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
