Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
