Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Stonegate Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
