Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Medical Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
