Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Quill Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
