Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge River Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tulsa and nearby communities, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
