Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Jackson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
